Philosophy

eco.inspections, Inc. promotes energy-efficient and healthy living. More than ever before and increasingly, home-owners can save money and live healthier while saving the environment.

Government agencies like the EPA and the DOE, and local authorities like "Austin Energy" offer attractive programs that are intended to help smart consumers save money while at the same time saving energy and preventing air pollution.

Recent energy-efficient construction of homes consequently means a higher risk of indoor air pollution due to moisture entry @ walls, roofs, openings etc., as well as incomplete combustion products from defect mechanical units or VOC's from building and household products.

eco.inspections provides an inspection report, that offers to guide a home-buyer in this direction with free information and experience.

"eco.TIPS" in green print, regarding almost every item inspected are found throughout the report, pointing out opportunities and facts, not necessarilycommon knowledge.

"eco.TIPS" are meant to encourage buyers to get involved with protecting their own investment and their children's future.
